I obtained LLM, LLB, 40+ years B.Sc. Civil Engineer, received vast training and courses on Adjudication and Arbitration.
I am a registered arbitrator with DIAC, SCCA, QICCA and CRCICA.
I started my career as a site engineer 1984 and continuosly upgared to Managing Director of General Contracting firm until I got to be partner in Contracting firm.
I gained vast experience on ADR including: Mediation, DABs, and Arbitration with around 200 cases in various ADR branches..
I have so far 120 previous cases settled.
