Personal bio
I have since 2008 been a member of the Ghana Bar. In Ghana, the legal system requires that commercial cases come before a pre-trial Judge for settlement failing which, it goes before a trial Judge. The experiences from the commercial courts as well as advocacy in the area of Intellectual Property Rights protection offered the motivation to pursue a profession in ADR and a Masters qualification in ADR. It has been worth the investment. It has opened me up to an entirely different perspective to dispute resolution.
