Nadeira Pinsonneault is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) with a Quantity Surveying background and over a decade of experience in commercial and contract management across complex infrastructure, government, and technology projects. She specialises in Contracts, procurement strategy, and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on adjudication and claims under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
Nadeira has acted as a commercial lead on high-value programmes, providing strategic advice on contract formation, risk allocation, change control, and final account negotiation. She holds the RICS Diploma in Construction Adjudication, a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Known for her calm, structured approach to conflict avoidance and resolution, she brings a clear understanding of both contractor and client perspectives.
