Dr. Harrison (Hui) Jia is a partner of DeHeng Law Offices, Director of DeHeng Law Offices (Laos) at Vientiane, and Co-Director of DeHeng ARKO Law Offices at Jakarta. He is also the Secretary General of Beijing Retio Legal and Commercial Service Center for BRI and the Director of Thailand Retio Legal and Commercial Service Center for BRI.
Mr. Jia is qualified to practice law in New York State and China. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) , and the arbitrator of many well-known arbitration commission, such Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court, Xi’An Arbitration Commission, and Baoding Arbitration Commission. He is also the mediator of the International Commercial Mediation Center for BRI and the mediator of Beijing Chongde Shangfa Mediation Center.
Dr. Jia is one of the standing commissioners of the Wealth Management Committee of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association, the representative of the chief lawyers advisory panel of the Insurance Association of China, the members of the Legal Compliance Committee and the Foreign Investment Committee of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China, the external experts of the Beijing Equity Exchange, and the external expert of China Insurance Asset Registration and Trading System Company. Jia Hui is also a member of the standing committee on the Belt and Road Initiative of the Asia-Pacific Law Association, and a listed insurance lawyer of Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500.
Mr. Jia is an admitted lawyer in the field of international investment legal affairs by MOFCOM. He is also the Chairman Assistant of BNRSC, Deputy Secretary of New Energy International Development Federation, Member of the Insurance Committee of Beijing Lawyer Association, Leading Lawyers on Foreign Legal Affairs admitted by Ministry of Justice and China All Lawyers Association.
