As President of Stalker Group Limited and Managing Director of Stalker Contract Management, I bring more than 30 years’ experience in commercial management, contract administration and construction claims, with a particular focus on cross-country pipeline and infrastructure projects.
I provide hands-on support throughout the contract lifecycle, from pre-contract reviews and day-to-day commercial management to cost and time analysis, post-contract claims support and dispute resolution. My approach is practical, analytical and collaborative, delivering clear, tailored solutions to complex contractual challenges. I work closely with client teams and subcontractors to manage commercial risk, resolve issues and support successful project delivery.
