Osman Ghafoor is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 14 years' experience in the assessment, design, and delivery of major infrastructure projects across the UK. His career spans strategic highways, smart motorways, bridges, geotechnical works, and high-speed rail, where he has successfully led large multidisciplinary teams from concept design through to construction. He has extensive experience delivering projects under NEC3 contracts, combining technical leadership with commercial and contractual management on complex, high-value infrastructure programmes. Recognised for his ability to combine technical excellence with strong commercial, programme, and safety management, he has delivered structures and schemes of national significance while fostering collaborative relationships with contractors, local authorities, and third-party stakeholders.
