Personal bio
I am a construction dispute resolution professional with over 25 years of industry experience across the GCC and India, spanning planning, contracts, and executive management. I currently serve as CEO of Innovative Technology & Contracting LLC (ITC) in Muscat, Oman, and operate an independent advisory practice, VeriContract, providing quantum expertise and claims consultancy to contractors and legal teams.
My dispute resolution experience covers FIDIC-based contracts, delay and quantum analysis, extension of time claims, and international arbitration, including work on ICC arbitration matters involving major infrastructure projects. I have advised on an aggregate portfolio exceeding USD 1 billion in project value, with over USD 40 million in claims settlements.
I hold an LLM/MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Calicut University. I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
