Isaac is an advocate with wide experience in arbitration and dispute resolution across commercial, construction, and infrastructure matters. He holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom and has been active in the arbitration field since 2011. His work covers advisory roles, representation in arbitral proceedings, and guidance on dispute avoidance for clients engaged in high value projects within the East African region.
His expertise includes construction and engineering disputes, commercial contract matters, delay and performance issues, and claims arising from project administration. He prepares opinions for contractors, adjudicators, and arbitrators and provides guidance on procedural and substantive aspects of arbitration practice. His work spans advisory support at contract formation and engagement with disputes once they arise, which gives him a well rounded view of the issues that shape commercial and construction projects.
Isaac is a current member of CIArb and LCIA and is a previous member of ICCA. He has taken part in professional sessions and engagements in Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Gulf region. This exposure supports his involvement in regional and international arbitration practice and reflects the breadth of his professional experience.
