Mr Eyas Alkiswani Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales

Eyas Alkiswani is a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales registered with the Solicitor Regulation Authority and a Member of the Law Society in England and Wales.

Mr Alkiswani is currently a PhD Candidate at Australian Catholic University (ACU) specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).
Mr Alkiswani is also a member of the CiArb, IBA and Cilex Non-Practicing. Also, in Jordan, he is a member of the JBA and SJD.

Mr Alkiswani accounts for over 5 years of legal experience in agreements drafting and reviewing especially, IT, IP, SaaS and many other domestic, regional and international cross-border agreements.

Mr Alkiswani also participates in Arbitration proceedings, negotiations and mediation as ADR for resolving complex disputes arising under said agreements.
