Eyas Alkiswani has gained experience in the ADR area including arbitration and negotiation. He has gained extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements, domestically and internationally.
Eyas Alkiswani is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Arbitrators since 2020, Qualified Practicing Lawyer admitted to the JBA since 2021 and a Fellow Member of the Chartered for Legal Executive admitted since July 2024 (Non-Practising Fellow Chartered Legal Executive since 2025).
Holding a Master of Laws from the University of Reading (UK) since 2019 in International Commercial Law with International Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, Mr Alkiswani has been practicing negotiation for commercial agreements and other commercial transaction matters, and has been providing excellent results to his clients.
Currently, Mr Alkiswani works as an Associate Corporate Lawyer at Hammouri and Partners Attorneys at Law in Amman Jordan, specializing in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
