Having been admitted as a lawyer/attorney/advocate in Scotland, the Cayman Islands, England and Wales and Guernsey, I have broad experience of several different legal systems with an emphasis now on cross-border work. I regularly appear in courts and tribunals and support clients with ADR options. My practice areas include commercial dispute resolution, data protection and intellectual property matters, regulatory work, trust litigation and employment.
