Merve Nur Duymaz, LL.M., is an experienced legal advisor and attorney at law, licensed under the Turkish Bar, specializing in international arbitration, contract, and commercial law. At the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Arbitration Centre (OIC-AC), she manages arbitral proceedings, provides legal guidance on internal and external legal matters, contributes to the drafting of arbitration rules and internal regulations, and participates in UNCITRAL meetings while closely monitoring ISDS reforms. Combining strong academic training with practical experience, she effectively navigates complex legal issues and supports the OIC-AC Secretariat in aligning the Centre’s operations with international best practices.
