Christoph Liebscher works as dispute manager, mainly as international arbitrator. He has been involved in different roles in over 200 arbitrations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South-East Asia and South Asia. The arbitrations were held under a number of different arbitration rules and laws, applying the substantive laws of over 45 jurisdictions.
In addition, as counsel he had appeared or advised before national courts and authorities as well as before international tribunals such as the European Court of Human Rights and Court of Justice of the European Union.
Christoph Liebscher holds a Doctorate in Law and a Master in Business Administration (INSEAD). Currently, he is in an advanced stage of studying Molecular Biology, which includes general studies in all aspects of natural sciences.
He has lectured on business law, arbitration law and financial and management accounting as well as management of legal work.
In addition to his legal experience, Christoph Liebscher has substantial experience in developing. and growing businesses, not least legal businesses.
For a number of years, he played an active role in management and in creating businesses. Amongst others, he was responsible for the strategic business development in Europe of a large multinational.
