Charles Marquand is a barrister (1987 call) and a French advocate (Paris Bar). He has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute since 1999 and a Chartered Arbitrator since 2011. He has been sitting as an arbitrator since 2000, principally in international and domestic commercial disputes. He is on the panels and data-bases of many of the principal arbitral organisations (LCIA, ICC, SIAC, DIAC etc). As a barrister/avocat he specialises in financial services and company law matters. He is one of the few practitioners to be a listed as disputes resolution expert with the Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance (PRIME Finance). He is also a trained mediator.
