Jonathan is a Chartered Arbitrator and Presidential Panel Member. He has an established international and national arbitration practice in the commercial, construction, insurance and professional sports sectors. He has sat in over 50 arbitrations in the commercial, construction and sport sectors.
He is empanelled to sit as sole and panel arbitrator and chairman by institutional appointment including International Court of Arbitration (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OCAC), American Arbitration Association International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA- ICDR) and Sport Resolutions
