A Professional Engineer and certified cost and scheduling expert with 17 years of experience in advising owners, contractors, and counsel on capital project performance and construction disputes.

I bring a data-driven, results-oriented approach grounded in deep industry experience, and by working with PMOs and capital delivery teams, I turn project data into clear decisions that strengthen controls, governance, and the management of time, cost, and risk across large-scale programs. When projects enter into conflict, I provide forensic delay analysis, time impact assessments, and support to legal counsel in arbitration, adjudication, and litigation. In my analysis, I rely on a careful selection of delay analysis methods and their correct application, following AACE 29R3 and SCL delay and disruption protocol

I focus on analysis that is technically rigorous, commercially defensible, and built to deliver outcomes, whether it informs executives on the steering committee or supports counsel in proceedings.
