Personal bio
Joseph Chirwa is an Advocate (Barrister and Solicitor) of the Superior Courts of Zambia. He has audience in all the Courts of Record of Zambia. He is also a qualified arbitrator, legal practitioner and legislative drafter. He has extensive legal and research skills as he is also a lecturer and researcher of law at top universities in Zambia. He has practical knowledge having served in both government, quasi-government and public sectors. He is an author with over 20 scholarly materials and text books in law among others.
