I have practised law since 1995 and am a Russian-qualified advocate with more than 30 years of experience in international and domestic legal matters. I hold a degree in Russian law and an LL.M. from the University of Manchester and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
My practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, cross-border disputes, and the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments. I act as counsel in international commercial arbitration and advise on complex cross-border commercial disputes, including matters involving Russian parties, assets and law.
In Russia-related matters, I act as arbitrator and counsel in domestic arbitration, represent clients before Russian state courts, and advise on dealings with Russian counterparties and public authorities.
In addition to dispute resolution, I have substantial experience in M&A, corporate and commercial law, complex transactions and the coordination of multi-jurisdictional legal projects.
I am available for arbitral appointments and counsel engagements in international and domestic disputes, as well as for co-counsel and expert roles. My experience is particularly relevant to complex cross-border matters, including those involving Russian law, parties or assets.
