Mr Dean Dunham KC (Hon) MCIArb

Dean Dunham KC is an unregistered barrister and practising solicitor-advocate who qualified in 2000. His practice focuses primarily on ADR, consumer law and commercial litigation. He has received a number of accolades, including recognition in the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers list and The Legal 500.

Dean founded AviationADR, an alternative dispute resolution provider approved by the Civil Aviation Authority, and has authored and overseen tens of thousands of decisions relating to flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding claims. He has also produced numerous ADR awards across the retail and unregulated energy sectors, and has served as an arbitrator on the ABTA arbitration scheme panel.

In addition, Dean represented several victims of the so-called “HBOS Reading Fraud” through the Foskett Independent Review Panel.
