Qualified and experience construction engineer before career in law. Commenced practice as lawyer 1990, arbitrator in 1996 and appointed Kings Counsel in 2012. Gave up all advocacy work and work solely as a neutral since 2016.
Have served Board of IAMA and RI, the largest ADR professional group in Australia and its most significant Neutral appointment body. Published text on Construction Law in Australia.
Based in Melbourne Australia. Practice across Australia and SE Asia.
Practice solely in major infrastructure projects, complex engineering projects and Tier 1 construction project disputes.
