Oluseyi O. George-Lawson is a Nigerian commercial lawyer, Notary Public, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Certified Management Consultant with over twenty-three years’ post-call experience. She advises businesses, institutions and property owners on commercial transactions, corporate governance, risk management, real estate and dispute resolution.
As Principal Partner of Urbanac Associates, she has advised corporate organisations, boards and private clients on governance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and complex property matters, combining legal expertise with practical commercial judgment.
Her developing practice in international arbitration complements her advisory work. She has undertaken specialist training in international commercial arbitration and arbitral award writing through CIArb and has a particular interest in commercial, real estate and governance-related disputes.
Her multidisciplinary background in law, management consulting and business administration enables her to provide commercially focused, strategically informed advice that supports effective governance, mitigates risk and promotes sustainable business outcomes.
