Mr. Tan Yueqi, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Observer of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law(UNCITRAL), Practical Tutor for LLM of Law School of Renmin University of China(one of the first-tier universities in China), Member of European Chinese Arbitrator Association, Member of Council of China Society of Private International Law, Member of council of the law foundation for Wuhan University, specializes in Cross-border investmen, International trade and International construction.
He is also listed on panel of Singapore International Arbitration Centre(SIAC), London Court of International Arbitration(LCIA), Hong Kong International Arbitration Center(HKIAC) Arbitrator List, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce(SCC), Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber(APIAC, Singapore), Dubai International Arbitration Centre(DIAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration(SCIA), China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC), Wuhan Arbitration Centre(WHAC), and he has conducted more than 500 arbitral cases up to now.
He has also represented Chinese and foreign clients in cases conducted in High Court of Hong Kong Special Administration Region, Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), CIETAC, SCIA, etc. He has significant experience working as counsel and arbitrator on disputes involving Cross-border investmen, International trade and International construction with governing laws including PRC law and Common Law etc.
Mr. Tan Yueqi has worked for many years at a series of famous domestic law firms, where he has been responsible for managing the firm’s international matters. He has got a PhD degree on private international law and was admitted to the Law Society of Hong Kong as a foreign lawyer.
