Ransford Braham KC is an Attorney at Law with over 30 years of experience of dealing with and resolving commercial disputes. He practices as an Arbitrator in a wide range of commercial sectors, including in the areas of construction, insurance and professional negligence.
Ransford has experience of working under a variety of institutional rules including ICC.
Ransford's experience includes advising on and determining disputes arising under FIDIC-based contractual frameworks, as well as major infrastructure and utilities projects involving technical evidence and performance compliance. Ransford has also overseen and negotiated large public infrastructure projects delivered under FIDIC and FIDIC-aligned contracts and is familiar with disputes involving state employers.
