Chartered Surveyor specialising in the valuation of retail, commercial and residential property along with medical and leisure premises for various purposes within the Greater London area and in particular north and east London. Advising and representing landlords and tenants in connection with rent reviews and lease renewals and accepting appointments from RICS to determine such disputes. Accepting appointments to act as Expert Witness in Court proceedings including matrimonial cases and where allegations of fraud are made against surveyors and solicitors.
