Personal bio
As a lawyer, I started helping businesses to resolve disputes back in the last century! Since then, my focus on collaborative conflict management and dispute resolution has taken me into management training, consultancy - and even media. All these experiences - along with two decades as a business owner - now feed into my work as a mediator.
