Personal bio

Dr. Omo-Eboh had his law education at the University of Lagos (1984) and call to the Nigerian Bar in 1985, he proceeded to the London School of Economics & Political Science of the University of London, where he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in
1986 with Distinction. He was granted the Overseas Research Students Award by the Committee of Principals and Vice-Chancellors of United Kingdom Universities and the Professor W.G. Hart Scholarship to enable him pursue a research course
of study leading to the award of a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in law, which he completed in 1990. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association; Fellow and Chartered Arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) where he is an approved Tutor of the Institute. He is a foundation member and the first Honorary Secretary of the Maritime
Arbitrators Association of Nigeria (MAAN) from 2005 to 2010 and President of the Association from 2013 to 2016.
In recognition of his significant contribution to the development and practice of law in Nigeria, he was elevated to the status of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in December 2020.
He is an Associate Professor of Law, Caleb University College of Law, Lagos, from 2024 till date.
