Peter David is a legal professional and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), with over 12 years’ experience across legal advisory, compliance, dispute resolution, legal drafting, client services and commercial law. He holds an LL.B and an LL.M in Commercial Law with Distinction.

Peter is the Founder and Principal Legal Consultant of Accord International Arbitration Chambers, an emerging international dispute resolution platform focused on arbitration, mediation, commercial dispute resolution, cross-border advisory and professional collaboration.

His professional interests include arbitration, mediation, contract disputes, commercial law, legal compliance, access to justice and structured legal problem-solving.
