Nikolas leverages over 20 years of experience in engineering & construction to help parties resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner. Nikolas has worked in technical and project management roles before focusing on contract management and dispute resolution. He held management roles on power, infrastructure and mixed-use developments in Europe and the Middle East. Nikolas is founding partner of Consilium Consultants, a niche consultancy providing dispute resolution services.
Nikolas holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). He has managed complex high-value construction disputes achieving fair outcomes both in amicable settlements and in ADR.
