I am a dispute resolution lawyer with over 10 years of experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration. I am recognized by Legal 500 as a key lawyer for international arbitration in Hong Kong. I am also a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience before all English civil courts.
I represent multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises in complex and high stakes litigations, arbitrations and mediations. I have advised clients in the automobile, banking, energy, mining, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, private equity, technology and telecommunication industries. I have also acted in a wide range of construction, insolvency, intellectual property, joint venture, M&A, supply of goods/services, shareholder and trust disputes.
Earlier in my career, I was a HKIAC Counsel who managed over 300 arbitration cases, focusing on China-related disputes. I am uniquely positioned to advise clients on the intricacies of the arbitral process drawing from my private practice and institutional experience.
I am an arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb). I am qualified to practice law in California, England and Wales, Hong Kong, and New York.
