Personal bio
Benjamin is an Associate Director at Delta Consulting Group. He is a civil engineer and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with over six years of experience in project management, forensic planning, and delay analysis.
He has spent three years overseeing public infrastructure projects under Peruvian procurement law contracts. For the past three years, Benjamin has assisted expert witnesses in international arbitration and UK adjudication proceedings for rail and energy infrastructure, as well as commercial building projects, where he has provided forensic delay analysis in disputes under standard contract forms, including FIDIC and JCT. He has also conducted research on NEC contracts.
