Edward G. Lindsey, LL.M., FCIArb, is an experienced attorney, mediator, and arbitrator in Tulsa. As the director of The Oklahoma Arbitration Center, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His legal journey began in 1992, and he has since developed a strong focus on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, particularly in family, civil, and international commercial disputes.
Licensed in all Oklahoma state and federal courts, the Muscogee Creek Nation, The 10th Circuit United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He also shares his insights as an adjunct professor at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University since 2006, covering business law topics from employment law to white collar crime and business ethics.
Mr. Lindsey’s academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1992 and an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland in 2023. In 2024, he achieved the status of a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, further enhancing his professional standing.
