Partner at GEN Law Firm based in Beijing - Melissa Feng has been admitted to practise as a Chinese lawyer since 2005 and her practice focuses on cross-border dispute resolution. Her experience includes more than 100 commercial disputes involving international elements by way of arbitration or litigation.
Her expertise in banking products such as letters of credit, demand guarantees has been widely recognized by her clients and the industry. She is constantly instructed in the matter of international construction and international trade disputes.
