Personal bio

Since completing Bar Examination, LLM in Criminal Litigation, and MSc in Construction Law & Dispute resolution, I have been working in-house as a Legal Consultant, Mediator and Arbitrator. I am a Fellow of the CIArb with extensive experience in international and domestic dispute resolution, advising clients across complex commercial, corporate, construction, and cross-border matters. My professional work is grounded in a strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious legal frameworks, enabling me to approach disputes with strategic insight, procedural rigour, and commercial sensitivity.

I regularly act in matters involving contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, construction and infrastructure claims, and high-value commercial disagreements. My experience spans arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and litigation, with a particular focus on resolving disputes efficiently while preserving commercial relationships where possible. I am well-versed in managing multi-party and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including those involving foreign governing laws and cross-border enforcement considerations.

Alongside my dispute resolution practice, I advise on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, allowing me to address disputes not only at the point of conflict but also at the preventative and strategic stages. This dual perspective informs my approach as an arbitrator, where I place emphasis on clarity of process, procedural fairness, and proportionate decision-making.

I am also actively engaged in academic research and professional development, with a particular interest in international business law, corporate governance, and the evolving role of alternative dispute resolution in global commerce. I value the intersection between theory and practice and seek to apply contemporary legal and commercial insights to real-world dispute resolution challenges.

My professional ethos is founded on independence, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. I am committed to upholding the highest standards of the arbitral process and to contributing positively to the development and credibility of arbitration and ADR as effective mechanisms for resolving complex disputes.
