I have over 35 years experience in the valuation of quarries, minerals, waste management facilities, ports, railheads and other complex and unusual properties. This includes the valuation of severed minerals and mineral reservations especially where they may impact on the value of surface development. As well as wayleaves, rights of access and boundary disputes.
I specialise in dispute resolution advice regarding minerals, voidspace, complex landholdings and ransom strip situations (surface and at depth) as an independent expert and arbitrator.
