For the past 9 years, she has held responsibility for the judicial and insolvency teams at her current financial institution, leading a team of 15 individuals.

Her areas of expertise include: results orientation, teamwork, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, negotiation skills, resource planning and organization, and budget planning.

Within the banking sector, her focus lies in the recovery and restructuring of debts and non-performing loans for both corporate and private clients. She also specializes in litigation, encompassing the initiation and monitoring of judicial proceedings, primarily for the recovery and regularization of delinquent/doubtful accounts.

Over the last five years, she has actively participated in the sale of five portfolios of non-performing loans/assets, totaling over 5,000 debts with an aggregate value of 500 million euros per NPL sale (Granada, Dzor, Halley, Spinel, Peridot).

In June 2018, she successfully passed the examination for the Advanced Arbitration Course at CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London), delivered by Ciamen (Centro Internacional de Arbitraje, Mediación y Negociación), achieving one of the top five results in her cohort. This certification accredits her as an Arbitrator and qualifies her to participate in arbitration proceedings to which she is appointed.

From January to April 2020, she actively contributed to the establishment of the Iberian Chapter (Spain, Andorra, and Portugal) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London. The founding of this chapter was approved by the CIArb Board of Trustees in April 2020, and she currently serves as an active member.
