Personal bio
40 years construction, commericial, international arbitration and litigation experience including international arbitrations as a solicitor and as an arbitrator whether as President and as a sole arbitrator. Appointed in numerous complex construction and commercial cases and appointed as an arbitrator by the Law Society.
Currently also a Visiting Professor in Dispute Settlement and Arbitrtaion at BPP University Law School in London and also Module Leader in International Commercial Arbitration and Professional Skills at the University of East London.
Member of the London Court of Internatuional Arbitrtaion
Member of the Institute for Foreign Affairs.
Member of Atlantic Council (UK)
Contributor to History of the Technology and Construction Court (Hart 2025)
Author of several professional law books on expert evidence, construction litigation, arbitration and partnerships disputes.
