I am a Lead Cost Consultant with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, including extensive experience in the Middle East and Sri Lanka. My professional background covers cost and contract management, contract administration, procurement, variations, claims, and commercial management on major building and infrastructure projects.
I have a strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly arbitration, mediation, and adjudication in construction disputes. My work regularly involves contract interpretation, assessment of entitlement, evaluation of variations and claims, and supporting commercially sound dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
