Emma is a Solicitor in DWF's Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Team. She is also a qualified commercial and civil mediator.
Emma has over 4 years of construction law and procurement experience across both contentious and transactional matters in various jurisdictions, including the UK and Ireland, and international projects in Europe, the Caribbean and Asia.
She a strong track record as a party representative in adjudication and other forms of dispute resolution. She has been involved in procurement challenges, working for both Contracting Authorities and Tenderers.
Emma works with JCT, NEC, FIDIC and PWC forms of contract, as well as bespoke contracts, warranties, and manufacture and supply agreements. She has worked for major brands, large energy companies, developers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Emma also holds an Institution of Civil Engineers Law and Contracts Management certificate, a qualification that is centred on contracts management specifically in relation to the NEC Engineering and Construction Contract.
