Trang Tran is a Manager with Secretariat based in Singapore. She specializes in delay analysis in construction disputes, and has been engaged in high-profile projects spanning various industries including process plants, power plants, offshore construction, transport infrastructure and real estate developments. She has worked on international disputes on projects located in UAE, Qatar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Her work involves preparing and evaluating construction claims, review of programmes and as-built data, conducting critical path analysis, identification of causes of delay and assisting experts in formal dispute resolution proceedings.
Trang holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from the National University of Singapore, and a LLM degree in Construction Law and Arbitration.
