Ms. Fazeli has served as a senior counsel in international commercial and investment arbitrations in high-value, complex disputes under ICC and UNICTRAL Rules involving Iranian entities.
She is admitted to practice in Iran as an Attorney-at-Law and is a active arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber( ACIC) . Ms. Fazeli also has experience as a legal and contract adviser to several prominent companies in Iran.
She holds a PhD from the University of Shahid Beheshti. She also holds a postgraduate degree in International Trade and Economic law from the University of Tehran.
