Personal bio

I am duly qualified in medicine and law graduated from University of London in 1984 and 2013 respectively. He has pursued postgraduate training in family medicine, public health, legal medicine, law and education with postgraduate academic and professional qualifications at the level of doctorate and fellowship, and elected as Member of US National Academy of Medicine, Honorary Fellow of UK Faculty of Public Health. I am also specialised in healthcare law and ethics, and risk management in health and social care settings.
I pursued LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution with distinction from City University of Hong Kong in 2017. I obtained my Fellowship from CIArb in 2016 and accredited as mediator by CEDR in 2018. I completed my Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with distinction from Australia College of Law and admitted as lawyer by New Sooth Wales Supreme Court, Australia, Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, and registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong.
Currently I am Emeritus Professor of public health and primary care and also serves as consultant in family medicine and also serves as medico-legal advisor. I am foreign legal consultant of Robinsons Lawyer in Hong Kong, and Consultant of Ma & Co, Sydney, Australia. I am Vice President (Asia) and Governor of World Association for Medical Law and Editor in Chief of official journal, Medicine and Law.
