Mr Chih (Benz) Peng BEng(Civil), LLM, GradIEAust, MCIArb

Peng is an HSR Engineer & Contracts Specialist working on the owner's side of a major high-speed rail operator in Taiwan, within the contracts function responsible for the rolling stock electromechanical systems portfolio — covering vehicle, traction power, and signalling systems. His work spans cost and commercial administration of these systems contracts, and extends into dispute-related practice: researching and drafting the Owner's Representative's formal correspondence, and reviewing contractor claims for variations and extensions of time.

He previously served as a Contract Administrator on a major EPC infrastructure project. He holds an LL.M. in Construction Law, a Washington Accord–accredited civil engineering degree (Engineers Australia Skills Assessment approved, Civil Engineer, ANZSCO 233211), and is a Graduate member of Engineers Australia (GradIEAust).
