Isaac is the Managing Partner at Lex Chambers, a Law Firm in the Rwandan Capital, Kigali, and he has been practicing at the same Law Firm since 2008. At Lex Chamber, Isaac heads the desk that handles advisory in corporate, commercial & employment. He is a Fellow at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and practices arbitrators as either arbitrator or counsel in Arbitration. He is also a licenced Insolvency and restructuring practitioner.
Isaac holds LLM in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, an LLM in International Trade and Commercial Law from University of Essex, England, MA in Human Rights at the University of London, a Post Graduate Certificate in International Business law, University of Cumbria (UK) 2018, and LLB degree from National University of Rwanda in 1999.
Isaac holds Certificates in FIDIC construction forms of contracts. He is on panel of arbitrators at Kigali International Arbitration Centre [KIAC] and holds a certificate in commercial mediation from the University of Cape Town, South Africa
