International arbitrator and jurist with more than 30 years of experience in complex cross-border commercial, intellectual property, and technology-related disputes.
Serves regularly as chair, sole arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc proceedings. Combines arbitral practice with judicial responsibilities as Deputy Judge at the Brussels Court of Appeal and a longstanding academic engagement in arbitration, intellectual property, and ICT law.
