Personal bio
Bader Alsagaby is a Saudi legal consultant and arbitrator based in Riyadh, with more than 20 years of multidisciplinary experience across law, arbitration, executive management, technology, operations, and regulatory compliance. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), appointed Head of an Arbitration Panel by the Saudi Courts of Appeal, and registered as an arbitrator with leading commercial arbitration centers.
Bader’s practice focuses on legal consultation, arbitration, contract advisory, commercial disputes, technology and construction-related matters, and government regulatory compliance. He has served as an arbitrator in labor, civil, and commercial disputes, and has advised both public and private sector organizations on legal strategy, negotiations, contracts, and dispute resolution.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Law with honors from Saudi Electronic University, in addition to international academic qualifications in Business Information Systems from Monash University and Information Technology from Bond University in Australia. His combined legal, technical, and business background enables him to approach disputes and advisory matters with a practical, structured, and commercially aware perspective.
Bader is also actively engaged in research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and law, with particular interest in smart contracts, liability frameworks, regulatory compliance, and the legal implications of emerging technologies. He speaks Arabic and English fluently, with basic Spanish proficiency.
