Ethan Goei brings over 15 years of experience in the offshore and marine sector, underpinned by a strong foundation in power and mechanical engineering. He holds a Master of Science in Power Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering), with a specialisation in offshore oil and gas, from the National University of Singapore.
Ethan is a certified ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems Lead Auditor and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems Internal Auditor, reflecting his expertise in governance, compliance, and anti-bribery frameworks. His credentials are further complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Law and Technology from Singapore Management University, certification under the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP/E), and recognition as a Certified Practitioner in Personal Data Protection (Singapore). He has also completed executive education in General Management and Mergers and Acquisitions from leading institutions, including the National University of Singapore Business School and Columbia Business School.
