Ronald Tusingwire, MCIArb, FCLI, is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Mediator, and construction law specialist with over 20 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution specializing in the construction and infrastructure disputes. He is a Partner at Ortus Advocates, where he heads the Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication Practice.
His practice focuses on construction law, arbitration, adjudication, infrastructure projects, construction claims, contract administration, and dispute avoidance. Ronald has acted as arbitrator, adjudicator, counsel, mediator, and claims advisor in disputes involving government agencies, international contractors, consultants, financial institutions, and private sector organizations. His experience covers major infrastructure, energy, roads, power transmission, and commercial development projects.
As a Director at KiOO Projects Konsult Ltd, a consultancy firm specializing in construction claims, project design, project development and project management with strong linkages in the infrastructure sectors in roads, electricity and buildings, Ronald combines deep legal expertise with practical construction industry insight, making him particularly effective in resolving technically complex disputes.
