Mohammad has over 25 years of legal practice experience across both the private and public sectors, including extensive experience in private practice and senior in-house roles. Mohammad is currently a Special Counsel in the Dispute Resolution team at K&L Gates’ Dubai office, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Mohammad has significant experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution and has acted for numerous clients on a diverse range of international commercial arbitration and litigation matters in the energy, construction, real estate, insurance, joint venture, intellectual property, and on investor-state disputes.

Mohammad holds full rights of audience before all levels of the Courts of Jordan and also licensed as a Legal Consultant by the Dubai Department of Legal Affairs. Mohammad is on the arbitration panel of the DIAC, Dubai.

Mohammad is recognized by The Legal 500 EMEA as a Recommended Lawyer for Employment in United Arab Emirates, 2022-2026, and recognized by The Legal 500 EMEA for Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and International Litigation as a key member of the UAE Dispute Resolution team, 2022-2023
