Mary is a Result-driven Arbitrator, Mediator and adjudicator with over 10 years of experience in settling commercial and investment disputes. Her Sector Experience includes; Construction, Banking and Finance, Energy, Mining, Public Procurement, Sports, Employment among other type of disputes.

She is the current Vice Chairperson of Ciarb Zambia Branch, Chairperson of the Women in ADR interest group; Member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Member of the African Arbitration Association and Institute of Directors Zambia.

Mary founded YMG Zambia in 2018 and served as its first Chairperson. She was the first YMG Ambassador for South African and an alumni of the 2020 -2021 Young ICCA mentorship Programme.

She is an academician with experience in teaching Commercial Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, international Commercial and Trade Law, Human Rights and Legal Process at University Level.
