Mr Sean Hollywood MSc Construction law, FRICS, FCIOB

Seán Hollywood FRICS MCIArb PQS is Principal and Executive Commercial Director of Hollywood Associates Inc., a Toronto-based consultancy specialising in construction claims, quantum, delay analysis, and expert witness services. He holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a Fellow of the Dispute Board Federation.
With more than thirty years' experience across the UK, Middle East, and North America, Seán has held senior commercial and contracts leadership roles on some of the world's most significant infrastructure programmes, including Crossrail (Transport for London), the Ontario Line South Civil P3 (Metrolinx), the Darlington Nuclear New Build (Ontario Power Generation), the FIFA World Cup 2022 Stadium Programme in Qatar, and major giga-projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. While at ASTAD Project Management in Doha, he authored the Sanad standard-form contract suite, endorsed at Deputy Prime Minister level.
Seán acts as an independent expert on delay, disruption, and quantum in litigation, arbitration, and statutory adjudication under Ontario's Construction Act, and advises on dispute avoidance and dispute board practice. He is the incoming National Chair of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (from August 2026) and serves as Industry Co-Chair of FIRPAC.
