Partner in charge of the Arbitration practice at the law firmAyuela Jiménez Legal, S.L.P. with extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration, both as arbitrator and counsel, in proceedings administered by the ICC and CIAM-CIAR, as well as major Spanish arbitral centers (CEA, CAM, and CIMA).
Specializes in civil and commercial disputes involving contract law, joint ventures, and post-M&A, particularly in the energy, hospitality, and mining sectors. Experience representing claimants and defendants in emergency, expedited, and ordinary proceedings. Served as sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator.
